This old dated dresser has been updated and given a new life.  Look in thrift stores or garage sales for furniture that can be updated with some paint and new drawer pulls and you will end up with beautiful pieces at a fraction of the cost of new.  And as an added bonus these old pieces are probably made better than the new ones.
